AgeStrong Circuit Training for Seniors

Stay active and strong in your golden years. Tiger Athletic is excited to present AgeStrong Circuit Training, a flexible strength and conditioning program designed exclusively for individuals aged 60 and above.

Program Details:


  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • By Appointment: Book your class anytime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

  • Rotating strength and conditioning circuits designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. Each session includes:

  • Resistance training with dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercise

  • Balance drills and mobility exercises

  • Cardiovascular conditioning for heart health

  • Sessions are capped at five participants per hour.


Cost: 600 Rand per month for a comprehensive program designed to improve your strength and quality of life.


Important: This program is not medicine. It is exercise. However, before you start any new exercise program, please consult your healthcare provider to ensure it is safe for you to begin strength and conditioning training.
